With Co-pilot there we have multiple automation modules to e.g. create a leadform on your website, to automatically send out emails to customers 1 day before a project starts, to ask them to fill in a specific form so you have all the information you need or to leave a review after you finished the job.
Pricing: HERO Co-pilot plans start at €49 per month, billed per account, not per use, so your entire team benefits from streamlined workflows at no extra cost per user. In this starting plan you will get 3 automation modules.

Can I pay monthly?
Yes! If you prefer to pay monthly, an additional €10 per user per month applies for HERO PRO and HERO SME. For App-only users this amounts additional €5 per user per month . The contract period remains yearly.
Can I add users later on?
Yes! You can add users during your contract period. This additional user will be added to your current contract. You will then receive an additional invoice related to that user upgrade.
Are there any hidden fees?
No! What you see is what you pay. There are no setup fees or hidden costs.
Do I have to pay for support?
No, basic support and onboarding are included in your plan. If you need advanced implementation, we offer additional services tailored to your needs.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time. If you're on an annual plan, your access will continue until the end of the prepaid period.
